Bottle picked up from Etre Gourmet Webshop, Grez Doiceau, Belgium and consumed at home, Attenkirchen, Sunday 10th May 2020, cooking Savoury Pork and Fennel Baklava and preparing a Pomegranate and Aubergine Salad, listening to Sparkling - I Want to See Everything. Pours hazy, dirty gold with a white head, fruity, a little bit funky, yeasty and slopes off to a dryness. Soft mouthfeel, refreshing, clean, a little herby, it's very nice.

75cl bottle from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: yellow gold shiny, hazy. A: orange, tangerine, bit grapefruits, some yellow tropical fruits, brett touch. T: medium malty base, orange, bit brett, woody, tangerine, bit herbal, dry on the palate, bit grapes, medium carbonation, quite refreshing, enjoyed.
Ojej, jakie pocieszne, winno-saisonowo-koperkowe. A przy tym leciutki i intensywne. Kapke ziolowe. Kwaskowatosc calkiem spora. Zaskoczenie i UFO, ale bardzo pozytywnie

Dorée présentant un léger voile, col fin blanc.
Arôme est finement parfumé, belles effluves boisées de vin, le houblonné se marie bien à ce vieillissement et confère un rétro fruité de groseille - agrumes fines.
Palais est léger, malt pâle, fin boisé - fleuri, petite touche virant sur le tropical - pêche, vin est modéré et rehaussé par le houblon. Retrouve en retrait une pointe de funk-brett.
