ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear red brown beer. Residual tan head. Light palate, semi soft and semi dry. Sweetish malt, somewhat watery. Blandness abounds!

Bottle at Chris NY Tasting 2010. Ruby clear. Thin cream head. Dark roast aroma. Decent dark malts bit of ginger style heat. Fine.

Tap (PINT BBF 09): Clear, dark ruby-amber coloured, big stable tanned head with a little lace; fruity (infected?) and toasty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; hoppy and infectous-fruity traces in the sweet-caramelly finish. Not so good......

On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy dark brown colour, dense beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, some dark fruits. Flavour is dry, roasted malts, dark fruits, caramel, light sweet, dry light bitter finish. Medium bodied. Solid bock.
