Chocolate Cherry Stout.

For most, the rare occurrence of a blood moon is a harbinger of the end times. But for others — fiends with a flair for more darker rites — it's a cause for festivity.

It's the night on which they can distill the most sought after fruit of pure darkness, brewing the liquor that keeps greater evils appeased just a bit longer.

Tap at KEG. Black pour with an off-white head. Nose is intense chocolate, cocoa powder, some coffee, lactose and booze with a hint of cherries and marzipan. Taste brings almost the same notes, but not as intense as the aroma: there’s chocolate, coffee and cocoa powder with the cherries making an appearance as well. Closes with a chocolatey, slightly roasty finish, has a light body, which is in fact too light and soft carbonation. Apart from the thin body this is a nice beer.

Canned 330ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, medium sized brown head, chocolate and cherries in the nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, cherry syrup, noticable lactose and touch of alcohol in the finish.

Sweet deep roasted malts, tastes like chocolate and raspberries, dark cherries. Lactose sharp sweetness. Nice treat!

Can at THT September thanks to the brewer. Very dark brown with big pinkish head. Sweet cherries, roasted malts, earthy, chocolate, raspberries, marzipan. Quite sweet, medium bitter, light sour. Medium bodied. Nice.
