Lovely stuff. Good condition. Nice spicy grains, sun-kissed malts, a little pine, leaves, crackers, biscuits. Rather moreish.

Cask at Fuggles in Tunbridge Wells. Deep red in the glass with a long lasting head. Gentle malt aroma with a rich malty flavour and mouth feel. A bit like a cuddle in the glass. It's another good one.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Copper red pour with a beige head. Nose is raspberry jam, red cherries, lots of red fruits. Taste is raspberry jam, cherry bakewell. Malty bitter red fruit action.

On tap. A hazy orange golden beer with a white head. Aroma of red malt, caramel, some pine. Taste of reddish malt, caramel, pine. Moderate to long bitter finish.

Cremiger, getreidig-bitterer Beginn. Weich hopfig, süffig, rund. Spritzig, bitter bleibend, würzig. Mittellanger Abgang, nett. 8/9/9/9//9

From cask at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London, 02.06.22. Chestnut in colour. Off-white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of medium dark malt, brittle, herbs and meadowy hops.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 4/3/2020. Deep amber in colour, with a frothy, off-white, head. Leafy hops, sweet malts, a touch of red berries and a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask at the Pup and Ducking, Solihull. Poured a slightly hazy reddish amber with a thin off white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grassy hop, light caramel. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, light fruity, pepper spice, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 20th October 2019. Copper with shallow foam and scant lacing. Spicy malt aroma. Richly malty in-mouth with a spicy, zesty and slightly smoky touch. A bitter finish. Medium bodied with a light mouthfeel.
