Tap at Rootz Winterbier. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts and sour wheat, very fruity and some fruity kiwi sour, moderate sweet, medium sour and mild bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Tap at Rootz festival. Very hazy dull pink with almost white head. Tart berries, grassy, wheat, rosehip, 🥀, soft grains and herbs. Almost medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied.

Bottle. An unclear pinkish orange colored beer with a white head. Very flowery aroma, the hibiscus standing out, with some lemon and bread dough. It's medium bodied, lightly sour and tart, with a nice carbonation level. Hibiscus, generic flowers, lemon, dough and lime. Lasting lemony, flowery finish. Not bad for a flower beer. 180717

Rather cloudy red/yellow colored body with a fine head. Ok lacing. Good intensity in the aroma. I will not write what my friend felt about it. Medium (-) body and a tad rich carbonation level. Pleasant sourness and acidity level. Dry ending. Citric, fruity, lactic, yeast and herbal flavor.

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a medium sized white head, quite lively carbonation. Aroma is light funky with lactic, lemon, citric fruit, floral, yoghurt and a hint of wood. Flavor is fruity acidic, lemon, grapefruit, lactic, yoghurt, minerals, mild wood and flowers. Medium body and refreshing aftertaste in the same direction. I feel a bit divided with this, there is a lot of interesting flavors here that normally would lead to a certain complexity, but somehow this feels pretty easy and straightforward. It’s highly drinkable with no sharp edges and almost a bit subtle, but also packed with interesting flavors. Anyway I really enjoyed drinking this and it shouldn’t be punished for being easy drinkable within a more complex style.
