Beautiful & refreshing. This beer has been laying on a bed of rosehips, hibiscus flowers and French Oak chips.

330 ml bottle, bb 08/06/18, from my EU Local Swap sender japppp, thanks!
Amber-orange, cloudy body, with a big, fluffy, a bit rocky, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of barnyard, cheese, flowers, sour berries, green apples, dough, wood, subtle sweetness.
Tastes of funk, flowers, grass, cheese, green apples, pears, sour berries, some dough, some wood.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, subtly funky, floral, grassy, a bit fruity.
Very nice. Fresh and easy, but also pretty complex, with diverse funky, fruity and floral notes. Becomes a it light towards the finish, but then really good for the low ABV. Refreshing stuff.

Bottle, enjoyed 1,5 years before bbd. Pours cloudy orange, with a big creamy head receding to finger thickness. Aroma is tart fruity notes of lactic acid, with rose hips and floral notes and cloudberries. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid, with rose hips, stone fruits, lemon peel and floral notes.

330. bottle - tasting glass @ Meug Afterwork 2017. Another sample the day after at Meug 2017. Low rose fruit hued orange amber, off-white head. Nose is very basic lactic, passion fruit & mainly lemon flowers, sourness is low. Taste is basic sour lemon, some yeast, carbonation is too high, mango peel, lemon, basic lactic, apricot,... Very simple, sour fruit, too carbonated beer, pretty decent & far better than almost all of the other Flying Dutchman beers tried at the festival.

At Proof in Ghent. Moussy, cream white, bubbly, more or less coarse head over a hazy salmon pink-hued orangey blonde beer. Aroma has a lot of ’real’ flower impressions: the hibiscus is very clear, tea-ish, reminiscent of dried hibiscus flowers that are sometimes added to a glass of champagne; the rosehip is pronounced as well, and both are embedded in impressions of chalk or even gypsum, sour fruit yoghurt, soap, pink pepper, lime zest, buttermilk, very faint wet oak. Softly tart lactic acidity from the start, yoghurty and mildly drying, very Berliner Weisse-like with medium carbonation and some subtle sweetish peach flavors surrounded by gooseberry and lime sourish accents; smooth, rounded mouthfeel, soapy ’wheatiness’, lightly bready, ending with a lot of retronasal floral aromas, a lingering rosehip flavor, the persisting mildly drying tartness and something chalky which seems to appear in many Berliner Weisses; the oak chips remain a faraway echo. Elegant, ’summery’ and almost ’feminine’ quencher, pleasantly tart, fairly clean and very Berliner Weisse-like in its basis.

330ml bottle from K-Citymarket Sello. Pours hazy yellowish orange with a fizzy white head. Aroma of tartish berries, rosehip, hints of hibiscus and earthiness. Taste is tart, sourish and earthy with some berries, rosehip and mild earthiness. FInish is heavily carbonated, slightly tart and sourish with some rosehip and spices. A bit unbalanced.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, 20160819) The beer poured orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness and rose berries. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, sourness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and mildly bitter. A rather one-dimensional and thin brew.

A weird looking beer, murky, pink, a head is big and blond. Aroma has flowers, lemon, some sourness and also sweetness. Taste has sourness and flowers, some lemon, simple. The simple taste isn’t so good as the aroma. Light+ bodied. Too simple with lots of flowers.
