Tap at Before 9. Hazy thin pastel yellow, flat. Bretty grass, lemon, light yogurt in the nose. Tart and light, acidic, lemon drop, hay, brett. Crisp and subtle.

Draught at Novare Res, 4/21/18.
Pale, straw-golden with a light cloudiness and a white head fading slowlly to a ring.
Smells awesome. Cereal, vanilla, soft mixed cultures. Nothing aggressive whatsoever (I think the barrel aged version had some heavy sourness and very strong dryness that a lot of people didn't care for).
In the mouth it's super light with watery textures but no thinning. Low acidity with plentiful cereal and biscuit. Excellent stuff with a supple malt, ample attenuation and lingering, fruity Brett. The adjunct grains really add a wonderful texture and a rustic, interesting, variety of flavors. Extremely drinkable with dainty honey-like sweetness lingering.
