Bottle 0.75l, 7.2% abv, aged one and a half years. Cloudy, slightly pinkish gold colored. AROMA- lightly sour and sharp, funky, a bit flowery and vinous. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, slightly tart and bitter, vinous, grapes and apricots, flowery, funky. Fuller bodied. Really good.

Looks weird like a sparkling rose wine. Fruity, grapey, musty. Very clean and sadly lacking in complexity and depth.

# 1997; 5/2020. Red berries, herbal, hibiscus in aroma. Rose-gold, brilliant body. Tarty, wild strawberries, lime, herbal, slightly sweet finish. Multitap bar, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Draught @ Cerna/Black Swine, Prague. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, yeast, herbal, light green grapes. Flavor is light sweet, mildly sour, malt, yeast, herbal, flowers, green grapes. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, sweet light acidic finish. 220220

Tap at Damian at a tasting. Med-thin body, rather high carbonation. Well attenuated, but not feeling dry. Well balanced. Light grape impression, light hibiscus. Overall subtle, easy drinking, refreshing. Quite good, even though it could use a bit more complexity. Light bready yeastiness.

Tap at Pražský festival piva 2019. Reddish-orange body, off white head. Fruity aroma, definitely hibiscus, definitely grapes, honey? It is what it iss. Nice taste, mostly red grapes, sweetish rather than sour - the tartness is just trace. Not a... sour sour, but a nice beer.

Tap at Craft Bier Vienna. Pinkish orange color with medium white head. Aroma of wine, hibiscus, yeast. Tsste the same , light sour. Good.
