50cl can. A clear dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma of biscuit malt, spices and grains. Taste of spicy and caramelized malt, biscuit, herbs, long spicy bitter finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Murky golden-orange body with a white head. Herbal hoppimness, light maltiness, eggy notes, okay aroma. Lean, dry taste, yeast bomb, ending astringent, no bitterness though. Hm. In need of water modification maybe. 6/6/5/4/5.5

2025 update: Tap at the brewpub. Bit hazy full golden body, white head. Slightly yolky, yeasty herbal dry aroma. Lean, dry taste, soft enough, some bitterness, but weirdly rustical, yolky. At sips tasty, at sips odd, but much better.

1.5l PETka from the brewery. Hazy golden colour, mid-sized white head. Lovely hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied with good and slightly grainy malt flavours, herbal-resiny finish with a touch of fruit.

Čepováné v pivovaru: Hazy to cloudy, deep golden, medium-sized creamy off-white head with a little lace, moderate, typical " bohemian" nose (spicy Saaz hops and slghtly bready pale malt); moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and chewy; a slght tartness ( caused by the yeast?) shows up in otherwise well balanced and lingering hoppy- malty finish. Pleasant pivo…
