Clear pale yellow colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have nice citrusy zesty notes. Light and easy to drink. Good thirst quencher.

Appearance: cloudy gold with a lot of particles floating around. Moderate off-white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: citrus, flowers, spicy Belgian yeast, grass. Taste: light sweet, medium bitter. Citrus fruits, floral, spicy and grassy notes. Mouth feel: medium minus body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: pretty interesting.

Bottle shared at BBT 05/2023. Quite strong oxidation both in aroma and flavour. Vague remnants of citrusy zesty fruitiness. Med-high bitterness, light yesty tartness. Thin body, very high carbonation. Unfortunately most of it gushed out when opening the bottle, it was pretty scary. Tastes okay, despite the heavy oxidation, but the gushing ruined it.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from the health food shop at the Paradise shopping centre. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a foamy white head that settles into a lasting cream. Lightly sweet, some lemon peel, pine needles, faint Belgian yeast, straw, citrus pith. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, light dryness, further restrained pithy citrus, lemon peel, subtle grass. Not bad.

27/XI/21 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ home, BB: 11/II/22 (2021-1516)
Clear orange blond beer, big creamy yellowish head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, bit yeasty, very rural impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, metallic touch, some citrus, bit grassy, very dry, rather unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: medicinal bitterness, malty, grassy hops, grains, cow fodder, meh, way too bitter and nothing else. Practically no aroma hops. Not an IPA at all, and the yuzu is a complete gimmick.
