Good, very dense, light yellowish head over hazy orange beer; rings of lace. Roasted peanuts, toast, coloured malts, garden weeds, nettles. Really bitter, hoppy and vegetable, raw vegetables, leaves. Faintly sweeter toasted malts arriving, citruspeel. Quite slick, good carbonation, slightly burning MF, long bitter aftertaste. Not very citrussy despite the yuzu. Kind of hops responsible? Certainly not undeserving.

Bottle from Carrefour. Hazy orange, big, frothy, white head. Aroma of apple slices, mandarin peel, grapefruit juice, yeast, unbaked bread, coriander. Taste has sweetish apple, pear & mandarin over a soapy wheat middle with an edge of coriander, very slightly grainy bitter toned down again by bready malts. Grassy hoppy finish, spicy-yeasty, subtle yellow fruits. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Good, still very Belgian & yeasty, with the yuzu not really shining through.

Bière trouvée chez Id Stock à Lomme. Robe blonde, fin collet de mousse stable. Un nez agréable, une bonne carbonatation en bouche. Amertume et notes de yuzu bien présentes, mais un arrière goût en fin de bouche qui me déplaît, métallique. (M)

33cl bottle from FÄRM.HANKAR bio shop in Brussels. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: malty, mellow fruity, honey, bit caramel, floral, bit peach. T: medium malty base, decent long lasting bitterness, bit caramel, almost no fruity feeling, not for the style yet I like bitter so enjoyed as bitter Belgian ale.

Dorée, col blanc;
Arôme au nez fin malté, cara pils, fruité moyen sur des effluves d'agrumes;
Palais est léger malté, pâle, cara pils, agrumes avec un caractère yuzu plaisant virant un peu moins sur le côté acidulé, le profile général reste assez orienté sur une base belge.
