Pale blond with a greenish hue. Aroma definitely has coffee notes but not very roasted, more like cold brew. Flavour has a dizzy mix of tart Granny Smith apple and coffee. It's a healthy BBW - Breakfast Berliner Weisse!

5 October 2019. At Amabieris Tasting. Cheers to Ama Deke & Ghent beer crew! Hazy yellow with a lasting, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of coffee powder, lemon, unripe mandarin, starfruit, wheat. Taste is light fruity sour, hinting at lemon & starfruit, bitter coffee powder & herbal tones taking over, with underlying wheat & yeast. Dryish, tart finish, vague floral hops, lingering yellow fruit mixing with coffee accents. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. I appreciate the experiment but it's not the tastiest BW. Might want to try it again by itself.

5/X/19 - 33cl bottle from the brewer @ Amabieris tasting (Gentse Biervereniging), BB: 1/VI/21 - (2019-1716) Thanks to Ama Deke for the beer selection!

Pretty cloudy yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots and lots of coffee, mocha, mocha cookies (Café Noir), nope, totally not my thing... MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, nice acidity, lots of coffee, mocha, a bit fruity, not too bad for a coffee beer. Aftertaste: lots and lots of coffee, still a bit fruity, mocha, nice acidity.
