Straw blond with light haze. Aroma and flavour have an apple tartness. Slightly lemony. Not overly sour. Surprisingly decent body for 4% Berliner.

5 October 2019. At Amabieris Tasting. Cheers to Ama Deke & Ghent beer crew! Clear yellow with a quickly dissipating, frothy, white head. Aroma of gooseberry, unripe yellow apple, lemon, wheat, faint cheese. Taste is medium fruity sour, notes of gooseberry, starfruit & subtle lemon acid, yeasty & wheaty with a touch of bread. Dryish, tart, vague floral hoppy finish, lingering lemon, apple, funk. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Supple fruity BW.

Clear pale blond to light yellow beer, small to no head, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, some citrus, lemony, passion fruits, funky touch, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, lemon juice, soft bitterness, very fruity, orange peel. Aftertaste: nice acidity, bit metallic, fruity notes, lovely clean acidity, some raspberries, really well done, love it!
