Straw blond with light haze. Aroma and flavour have an apple tartness. Slightly lemony. Not overly sour. Surprisingly decent body for 4% Berliner.

5 October 2019. At Amabieris Tasting. Cheers to Ama Deke & Ghent beer crew! Clear yellow with a quickly dissipating, frothy, white head. Aroma of gooseberry, unripe yellow apple, lemon, wheat, faint cheese. Taste is medium fruity sour, notes of gooseberry, starfruit & subtle lemon acid, yeasty & wheaty with a touch of bread. Dryish, tart, vague floral hoppy finish, lingering lemon, apple, funk. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Supple fruity BW.

Taste: nice acidity, lemon juice, soft bitterness, very fruity, orange peel. Aftertaste: nice acidity, bit metallic, fruity notes, lovely clean acidity, some raspberries, really well done, love it!
