Peak of Fluorescence DIPA (8.1% abv) brewed with Germany’s Fuerst Wiacek:

Hops don’t naturally fluoresce, but when you team up Fuerst Wiacek & Collective Arts and decide to make a Double IPA using some nuclear Citra & Nelson Sauvin hops, you can pretty much see this beer from outer space!

473ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, grapefruit. Taste of sweet candied tropical fruits, mango, grapefruit, tangerine, subtle grape and melon, Nelson isn't too prominent. Medium body. 4 months old now so seems to have held up pretty well.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth malts, quite light and even slightly thin but nicely sweet. Good spicy hop edge. Bright spicy citrus, orange and tangerine. Good pine runs throughout. There is even a touch of Nelson grape here. Light semi dry finish. Tres drinkable, bright and spicy hops. Very nice.
