Aus der Flasche im 2024-05 getrunken. Dieser klare, goldene Cidre kommst einer guten Balance an süßen und sauren Apfelaromen daher.

Bottle in our tent at Cap Fréhel camping from Super U. Sweet apples, a good amount of bitter apples, dry apple peel, soft tart pear and apple. Medium amount of tannins, soft moss and bark. Almost medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium bodied, almost medium dry. Pretty decent cider, not in a farmhouse style but nice apple notes.

Trockener, dennoch fruchtig apfeliger Antrunk mit vollmundigen, leicht holzigen Noten. Die eh nur geringe Süße nimmt zum Mittelteil ab, wenig Alkohol im Hintergrund. Die Trockenheit ist dann schon sehr stark und hemmt die Süffigkeit, dennoch rund, weich. Kurzer Nachhall mit erneuter milder Süße. 9/12/10/12/11/11

75cl bottle shared with Sophie @ the in-laws, Eecke, France. Pours clear deep gold with a good pure fruity apple aroma. Taste is rich and tannic, with a golden apple character, lightly oaky. Delicious French cider.

Tart and fruity nose. The cider starts fresh and smooth, nice tart apples with nice tannins there. The body is not too deep, the aftertaste medium long. Like the cloudy version, the cider is a nice balance between too dry and too sweet. Nice fruitiness, easy to drink, round but not too deep. Nice.
