Clear gold blond beer with some specks floating around under a creamy dense off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, a bit oxidized, almonds. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness, malty, grains, a bit sweet, oxidized, some almonds, marzipan, a little grassy. Aftertaste: sweet malts, grains, a bit oxidized, grassy, correct beer if a little boring.

33cl bottle (4,8%) from Albert Heijn supermarket in Maasmechelen. F: medium, white, average retention. C: pale gold, clear. A: malty, bit bready, light hoppy. T: medium malty base, bready, bit hoppy, decent bit weak bitterness, caramel touch, medium carbonation, ok for Belgian standard, drinkable.

*rating overgezet* Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige licht hoppige geur. De smaak is moutig, zacht hoppig en fris.

0.33 l bottle from 'Carrefour' (Maasmechelen), 4.8% abv, best before May 2023. Clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently grassy-spicy, a little fruity-floral aroma of grains, honey, some straw and traces of citrus. Pours slightly imperfect on clarity, pale blonde with a small white head. Smell is relatively intense. Malty ( bready ) . Refined. mild german-style hoparoma. Taste is relatively full. Milder bitterness. Enjoyable german hopprofile. Tad too high carbo for me. Clean fermentation profile .
