Beers brewed with modern techniques and respect for our rich history. In addition to a tasteful tribute to our founder, Baptist Blond is also brewed on the occasion of the opening of our own Bar Baptist. The result is an accessible specialty beer with a full and rich taste.

Dorada limpia de espuma normal de tamaño y retención. Aroma malteado con esteres frutales. En boca es suave, sin apenas gas ni amargor, algo aguada. Sabor malteado con notas frutales procedentes de la fermentación.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is floral and a bit grassy with a soapy element, spicy yeast, grainy malt, bit chemical. Flavour is medium sweet with an above moderate bitterness. Body is medium but falls a bit short. Which pretty much sums up this below average Belgian Blond.

330 ml bottle. Pours amber with moderate head. Aromas of bright Belgian yeast, grass, candied lemon and soft toasted malts. Flavors of bitter lemon, dull fruity esters, earthy Belgian yeast and sharp toasted malts. Too bitter.

Bottle. Clear gold with a 2cm white head that never quite disappears. 3+ Aroma is grainy with earthy yeast, vague fruit, some cardboard. Light bodied, fizzy. Cleaner than it smelled with grainy malt and spiced bitterness that masks the less pleasant aspects of the aroma. OK.

En copa Teku, color dorado oscuro, turbio, espuma blanca de mediana retención. Discreto pero bien definido aroma a levadura, pan, cereal, malta, especias. Cuerpo medio a ligero, refrescante. En boca buena presencia de la levadura y el cereal, retrogusto cítrico, final amargo, especiado. Correcta y aceptable.

Tap at bar Fax. A clear gold coloured pour with sticky white head. Aroma is sweet bready grains, green apple. Sweaty hop,. Grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tang, green apple tangy, some alcohol, sweaty hop.. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation.
