Cloudy pale yellow. Coriander, yeast, clove, a bit banana. Mild dryness. Light bodied, watery milky texture, soft carbonated, dry finish.

On tap at Solomyanska, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out spicy clove, light esters and some banana. Flavour is wheaty, with light clove. Lightly estery with a perfumey astringency. Meh.

(Kiev 2016) 100 ml. draft @ Solom’yanska Brovarnya (Andriyivsky Uzviz). Pale citrus golden, little white bubbles. Nose is sweet banana, candy & big chemical plastic. Taste is sweet chemical banana, plastic, dull bread, rubbish plastic, sweet, chemical. Limpid affair, basic but not the worst, too plastic etc.

On tap at Andriyivsky Uzviz pub. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color, topped with a creamy white head. Slightly smelly wheaty nose with some spices. Slightly sweet with slight spicy presence. Very light. Average weissbier.
