33cl bottle, courtesy of 77ships @ Sebletitje’s Farewell Tasting. Orange, col fin beige crémeux. Arôme offrant une base malt renforcée, caramel, pale et pils. Un peu poudreux niveau épcies en rétro. Palais est malté, caramel, relant de cereals, sucre résiduel avec un léger épicé arrivant en fin de bouche. Amertume modérée restant noble. Rien de special, pas de balance avec encore une fois de plus un chipotage d’épices et herbes qui cahcent un peu une base moyenne.

Clear amber beer, creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, very malty, green banana, caramel, grains, very yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, sweet, lots of caramel, ripe banana, sugary. Aftertaste: more malts, banana, yeast, soft bitterness, caramel, bit chemical. Not getting much of all the aforementioned ingredients.

Bottle shared by 77ships @ Sebletitje’s Farewell tasting. Clear light orange color, small off-white head. Aroma is smainly sugary. Taste sweetness, sugar, don’t get any peppers (fortunately). Decent body and carbonation.

Draft glass @ Beerstorming. Dark amber, little tanned bubbles. Nose is sweet honey, sugar, caramel, basic sweet with Belgian yeast. Body & taste are a bit thin and fizzy,… Sweet malts, sugar, candy sugar, not getting the spices to be honest, sugar, Belgian yeast. Overall quite Belgian, sugar & yeast, rather bland & simple, okay – not really a classical tripel, appearance alone, I am not a style purist, Belgian Strong Ale makes more sense to me.
