This new version of our signature American pale ale is dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops. Enticingly hazy and blonde in appearance, the nose erupts with aromatics of lime zest, grape jam, and white peach. Flavors of tart citrus, white grape juice and stonefruit permeate the palate, balanced by a soft mouthfeel and dry finish.

Opaque, thin head. Bright nelson aroma, light malt base, mellow bitterness. Tasty. The nelson is bright.

Murky amber tan with a huge foamy white head that lingered and left great lacing. Dryish, fruity and citric with minimal bitterness. Medium finish and body.

On tap pour into plastic cup at Trillium Garden on the Greenway. Appearance is cloudy, dark orange/brown bottom with yellow top, ring of head with poor retention, no sparkle and no lacing. Aroma is peach, subtle grape, and grains. Taste is wheat, peach, mild grape. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nice balance between malts and hops, flavorful. Good.
