Clear yellow, medium white head. Quite grassy, pale malts, slightly musty cereals. Refreshing, nothing special, just a regular lager.

(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with crisp-bread, honey and lemon. Malty taste with notes of crisp-bread, honey, lemon, mixed fruit and a gentle grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Drinkable, but doesn't really stand out. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle. Gold with a white head. Aroma of hay and some biscuit with a smattering of grass and spice. And that's what you get: clean and very modestly rich - this is the helles end of festbier I guess - with a little nip of spicy bitterness to close up proceedings. Fresh, solid glugging lager.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, white head. Sweet, clean malts dominate the aroma. Medium body, still sweet and malty with only a subtle hint of hops. A somewhat low key Festbier - they usually have more ooompf! 260421

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with wet bread. Mid sweet with light to medium body and sloppy, un-firm mouthfeel. Sweet bread, ripe fruit and slight grass. Mid bitter finish. Mediocre.

Flaska från SB. Alltid kul att testa årets nykomlig bland oktoberölen. Gyllengul klar vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Söt och maltig doft och smak. Liknar jättarnas volymöl och är kanske inte jättekul men rejäl kropp och ok smakbild utan att ha större djup eller nyanser. Ok+
