Säuerlicher, malzig trockener Antrunk. Die Säure bleibt intensiv, das Bier süffig. Spritzig, das geringe Malzprofil gefällt. Rund, langer trocken säuerlicher Nachhall. 10/12/12/12//12

Faster ’11 a dark sour ale which pours a mahogany brown with ruby highlights. The nose is tangy coffee & caramel. It has a tingly effervescent carbonation that made me blink twice with a delicious Nutella hazelnut chocolate character some oakey wine barrel notes and a dry sour finish really nice stuff. In terms of taste easily as good as Brunello though quite different.

23/09/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (handpump). Nera, abbastanza densa, quasi impenetrabile, schiuma leggera. Al naso sentori di malti tostati, torbati, di caffé, note acide leggere. In bocca è molto complessa e impegnativa ma funziona bene, un bel mix di note tostate, di botte, affumicate e acide/acetiche, astringente. Corpo medio, carbonazione bassa. Esperimento estremo, curiosa, funziona bene.

On tap @ Schouskjelleren. Almost clear, dark reddish amber with a moderate sized beige head. Nice aroma of sweet malt, dry fruit and acidic berries with a hint of chocolate. Flavor is sweet malty, dry fruit, berries, acidity and light funky brett. Fine body and a pleasant aftertaste. A bit surprising in flavor, still very drinkable with dangerously well hidden alcohol.
