Passe Tout Outre is a blonde beer at 6.5% ABV, with: * a particularly low sugar level, * a pleasant bitterness and an ever-so-slightly fruity nose. It is characterised by an absence of spice in order to release all of the flavours naturally present in the various types of hops used, which include southern Belgian hops – a source of great national pride!

Cloudy blond appearance with thin head. Very nice mouthfeel with fine carbonation and a certain creaminess. Flavour has light grains and a little citrus bitterness.

Draft glass @ Delirium Tap House. Hazy orange, solid white head. Nose is very soapy, sweet, sugary & soap heavy,… Taste is strange sweet soap, sugar, oddly sweet, coriander, bland, banana,… Body is guar, grain, lightly fizzy,… I would expect a lot more from this brewery, this is a bland, soapy & sweet beer whose purpose / reason for its addition to their portfolio eludes me.
