Tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head good lacing. Aroma is juicy, grapefruit, mango, guava, pot, spruce. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. NE IPA, very well crafted.

Caña en Cimmeria 27..12..2017. (r25). Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca persistente fina. Sabores frescos herbáceos verdes y ligeros especiados. Amargo final algo seco. Cuerpo medio algo espumoso, refrescante. Seca al final. Bastante buena para repetir.

Golden color, white head, good retention. Aroma has notes of citrus notes, herbal hints and straw. Flavor with a decent bitterness, light malty, herbal. Bittery and dry mouthfeel in the final.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Open Baladin, Rome. It poured a hazy yellow body with a small head atop. Strong aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and pine, all from hops. Flavor was predominately sweetish malty with a smooth pass to light orange hop bitterness which didn’t make it any less sweet. Pretty full bodied with long finish that was again more sweet than bitter, only at the very end dry note remained. Pleasant, with fine malts that were blended in nicely with fruity hops, making it a decent double IPA (conclusion in my notes, now I see it was meant to be West Coast IPA), although too sweet for my taste and for the style anyway.

Draught Good white head over metallic, lightly copperish golden beer. Citrus, ureum, Citra hops, human sweat. Sweetish, citrus, sweat again, some spices. Sticky MF, slick, low on carbonation. Not bad, but some hops were overused, resulting in light off-flavours.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Italian Beer Wknd #5 avec l’équipe RB et Bru. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au nez fruité résineux, américain C hops, rappelant le Simcoe qui devient plus dominant, rétro léger de grains plutôt discret. Palais reste résineux à souhait avec un côté Simcoe clairemetn en avant. Mosaic en retrait apportant plus de fruité, malté modéré avec un caractère pin et résineux qui revient à la charge en fin de bouche.

(Thx! for sharing!) Sampled draft @ Italian BEER Week-End #5. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is the good kind of cheesy hops & pine. Taste is yummy cheesy hops, Sorachi Ace fashion, low dough, touch yeast, good pine,… Body is bit malty. Pretty neat, nice one.
