“This beer is a mash-up of Little Things that Kill Batch 8 (a.k.a Sorachi Face Punch) with our Holy Hoppin’ Hell recipe. What you get is an imperial I.P.A bursting with Sorachi Ace flavour that does not disappoint.

Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. 8.1%. Hazy amber. Messy, sticky, bright white head. Toasty, biscuity malts. Big, tropical fruit hop. Lots of Sorachi. Really very vibrant. Taste is pithy bitter. Quite dry. Oily, quite greasy palate. Finishes long, pithy bitter. Very fresh, juicy bitter, chewy DIPA. Very easy drinking. Lovely.

Keg at the Bottle Shop - Bermondsey. Pours clear, rich gold with a vivacious off-white head. Lovely, citrusy aroma with some tangerine, lemon meringue, pale bread. Medium sweet flavour with decent alcohol boost, rich citrus, pale bready malts, light flinty minerals, orange rind, mild lemon. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, lightly resinous, more rindy bitterness, bready sugars, light honeysuckle, pale wood, melon. Really solid. Very drinkable for the strength.
