AROMA: medium malty notes with a honey-like impression, followed by medium-low estery presence (cantaloup melon) from fermentation. APPEARANCE: gold color and cristal clear. large white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to aroma with a medium-low malty presence (pilsner honey-like) and esters (apricot). very faint oxidized hops (dried grass). medium bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish that endures beyond the finish. PALATE: medium-low body with high carbonation, a bit excessive. OVERALL: a lager without its characteristic clean fermentation profile and with almost absent hop presence.
