Golden colour with light haze. Aroma and flavour indeed have plenty of sweet Bourbon vanilla. Not much woodiness though. Certainly improves the lager but I imagine this would have been much better with Mahou Negra

Bottle from supermarket in los cristianos tenerife Clear dark yellow small white head. Aroma is strong pale lager with a flat sweet faint fruity note to it , probably from the barrelling. Flavor is crazy sweet with a sweetness that is quite complex, i get malts honey faint bread, jack daniels, corn. The bourbon flavor is very evident and up front.

Danke an Taboada. Süßlich holziger Beginn mit wässrig alkoholischem Touch. Wenig herb, die Süße steigt unangenehm stark an. Süffig, kaum steigende Herbe, zum Mittelteil wird der Hintergrund trocken. Mittellanger Nachhall. Okay, keine Offenbarung. 9/9/9/9/11/9

33cl bottle.
Golden color, white head with medium retention and some lacework. Aroma has notes of sweet malts and light wooden hints. Flavor is quite similar as aroma, slightly bourbon but not so much noticeable, moderate maltiness. Slightly sweetness in the final with wooden hints.

33 cl bottle at Route 77, Palacio de Hielo, Madrid. Served in red wine glass. Bright golden pour with some greenish hues, bleach-white head, not thick but long-lasting. Aroma is low to medium intensity: Golden Grahams, oat porridge, grass. Mouthfeel is slightly sweet, low bitterness, mouth-covering, abrupt finish. Average.
