Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a big foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, lemongrass, some yeast and mild earthy and bready malts. Flavour is earthy, some floral, citrusy, yeasty and mild grainy and bready tones. Still very enjoyable.

[ As Brew By Numbers 17/06 Table Saison - Sorachi & Lemon ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, herbs, citrus, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, herbs, pale malt, wheat - saison yeast - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160806] 6-3-7-3-14

Bottle at home, before I do the hoovering, 14/05/17. Pale yellow wiht a light hazed topped with a white covering that makes some effort to stay for the show. Nose is lemon rind, light piss, lemon sherbets, hedgerow, faint white peppery spice, grains, tarte melon. Taste carries a mellow Sorachi kick, light mineral, hint of bread, lemon curd, citric tinged straw, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi dyring close with a light Sorachi chase. Decent enough saison action.

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy and herbal-spicy yeasty aroma, notes of lemon, lemon juice, brine, a touch of dill and chervil, sage cilantro and mustard seed, cautious coconut overtones. Taste is citrusy and herbal-spicy, slightly sweet wheat malty basis, notes of lemon, lemon juice, lime, a touch of coconut, some cilantro, a touch of orange zest; light. minimally watery finish. Somewhere at the border of Saison and Wit.

Bottle from BBNo. It pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is bready, cracker, hay, straw, spice and sweet lemon cordial. The crisp, dry, straw, grass, floral, cracker, pithy lemon, light soap, earth and white pepper with a drying finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. Not a huge amount to It, but pretty refreshing anyhow.

Bottle from beer gonzo. Haze yellow colour with a thin white head. Aroma sherbet lemon, lemon juice and pith. Taste sweet, yeasty to light bitter. Medium body.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Yellow coloured pour with white head. Fruity and grassy and floral hoppy, with some citrus lemon notes, straw, hay, floral and light grassy hoppy into the finish.

From tap. Pous yellow, small white head. Citrusy and lime aroma. Crisp citrusy. Bitter. Citrusy and slight bitter far finish.
