Brew By Numbers with Leighton. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, dry and has a good fine crispness. Modest floralness. Little saison herb. Nice light melon and grape here, nicely matched hops that often get lost when paired with the big ones. Light tropical fruits. Little spice in the light semi dry finish. Nice saison.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Mild citric notes in the nose, mellow saison yeast expression, lemon peel, flakes wheat. Light sweet flavour with somewhat juicy citrus notes, more wheat bread, light hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish with nips of melon and peach, further wheat bread, ripening lemon, grapefruit, straw. Super drinkable stuff.
