Dès la première gorgée, on peut sentir cette douceur maltée envelopper le palais, apportant une dimension chaleureuse et réconfortante à la dégustation. Tout en conservant sa légèreté, la bière dévoile une complexité intéressante grâce à ses arômes maltés subtils. C'est un véritable délice pour les amateurs de saveurs nuancées, qui recherchent cette petite touche de caractère sans pour autant être submergés.

Can. Pours black with very little head and carbonation. Aroma is rich chocolate, roasted barley, coffee. Medium body. Flavour is malty, sweetish, lots of dark malts. Rich chocolate and coffee, some roasted barley, smooth, with some bitterness. Long bittersweet and chocolatey finish. Really nice, classic porter.

Süffiger, leicht süßer Malzbeginn. Noten von Kaffee, trocken, minimal Schokolade. Würzig malziger Mittelteil, weich, hohe Süffigkeit. Gut. 10/11/10/10/8/11

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with moderate brownish foam, very fine. Aroma is toasted, some vanilla. Body is average, fairly carbonated, some nice full mouth. Taste is a notable roasty bitterness, with some sweetness in the entrance. Finish is pretty long and roasty.

On tap @Sam Beer (Rome). Bruna scura, intensa, schiuma beige medio-leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso note di malti tostati, caffè, mela verde, ossidazione. In bocca ha un attacco maltato tostato con finale amaro decisamente caratterizzante. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Uhm...

0,33l bottle at Bastian Contrario Parma. BB 13.02.2019. Dark Brown color, small tan head. Smells earthy, licorice, light vanillaish, exotic fruits, pines. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, licorice, peppery, some lactose, grassy, light pines, some exotic fruits. Finishes medium hoppy and medium roasty bitter with notes of earth, grass and peppery notes. I quite like this, gets quite a bit better once it warms up, too much roast at first but then some exotic fruits come though, good stuff
