Einerseits ein Helles im klassischen Stil: leicht und mit hoher Trinkbarkeit. Andererseits verleihen ihm die Aromahopfen aus der Hallertau ein unverwechselbar würziges Aroma und einen blumigen Duft. Im Trunk präsentiert es sich malzig, aber trotzdem trocken, frisch und mit zarter Hopfennote.

0.3l tap. Slightly unclear golden with a fluffy head. Mostly hay, grain and bread, citrus, hints of corn and floral hops. Mild dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Light bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, mild dry grainy hoppy floral finish. Nice Helles, very drinkable.

(Draught at Lemke Hackescher Markt, Berlin, 30 July 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, cereal, hay and herbal hops. Malty taste with bread, grain, hay and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

On-tap at Brauhaus Lemke Hackescher Markt, Berlin on 11th October 2021. Clean and clear golden body, white crown on top. Malty front to the nose and taste, some fruity notes turn up as it warms. Nothing to get excited about, but it's not awful either.
