La Canaille est une bière blanche de haute fermentation, élaborée avec
diverses épices et 3 céréales dont le froment qui la rend trouble. Bière de soif
parfumée, légère en alcool et peu houblonnée, elle ravit les palais délicats en
plus d’être rafraîchissante et désaltérante.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is cauliflower, wheat, spicy yeasts. Taste is wheat, spicy yeasts, tart. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not very good.

Opálos, szalma szín, közepes, tartós hab. Enyhe, búzás, citrusos illat. Íze búzás, kissé citromos, alig banános és fűszeres. Könnyed, épp hogy nem vizes, pezssgősen szénsavas, enyhén kesernyés. Szinte minden ízkomponens erőtlen, ennél jobb búzasörök is vannak.

F: big, white, good retention. C: yellowish, hazy, opaque. A: malt, wheat, grassy, white sugar, coriander, orange peels, yeast. T: malt, orange peels, coriander, spicy, yeast, sugar, grassy bitterness, light body, good carbonation, soapy, quite tasty and refreshing for summer, like it, 5,2% ABV, 0,33l bottle from Delhaize in Eupen.

Sampled at Zythos 2016. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear blonde, not much head. taste is sharp, sweet, bit bitter. Some honey-like sweetness. Hollow, rather thin MF

Sampled @ ZBF 2016. (Thank you for sharing RB people!) Hazy golden, off-white head. Nose is massive sweet candy, soap, spices, spices. Taste is soap, candy, boring white sugar natural soap, boring, candy, coriander. Massive slab of sweetness, banana, meh, natural slaw of sweetness, better than quite a few Grain d’Orge beer, nothing to go crazy about unless if you are really into white sugar plus some soap if you don’t mind.

*Old rating, best before JF/2013. Nettes getreidig-süßliches Witbier. Zitronig-koriander im Körper mit leicht süßlich-hefiger Grundnote. Moderat weich-süßlicher Nachgeschmack. Nett.

Bottle @ home. Hazy a bit pale yellow color, medium sized fair lacing decently lasting white head. Aroma of wheat and herbs or spices. Taste is wheat, yeast, lightly herbs or spices. Decent body and carbonation.

28/IV/13 - on tap @ Zythos Bierfestival (2013-434)

Clear milky yellow beer, big creamy white head, bit adhesive, pretty stable. Aroma: grains, stable, coriander, bit dusty,c itrus, sour touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, citrus, sugary, some orange peel, spices, bitter. Aftertaste: coriander, pretty spicy, bitter, dry hops, bit watery in the end.

at yespr tasting. cloudy yellow ,smooth white head. wheat, yeast, yellow fruits, quite dry aroma. flavor is wheat, yeasty, bitter hops, quite bitter and dry wit. refreshing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy yellow with a dense and lacing white head. Sweet fruity AND Bretty aroma. Medium body, very dry and astringent fruitiness with loads of yeast. 260911
