A thirst-quenching sour wheat beer fermented with Lactobacillus.

Taste: An assertive, but not overwhelming acidity dominates the first taste, balancing out the biscuity malty body. Though sharp, the carbonation lifts the tartness and cleanses the whole palate, making it a thoroughly sessionable — even sauna-able — beer.

0.33 l bottle from Že v redu, Primož beer store, Ljubljana. Murky golden with minimal head. Fruity, juicy and spicy aroma. Sour, with a firm fruity touch. Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Sour finish. Rich and flavorful, good amount of sourness. 737415=3.6

Pours hazy pale yellow color, topped with small and non-lasting white head. Soury nose, vinous with some fruity feel, greengage and/or gooseberry. Puckery sourness. Dwy with slight leathery feel, just a hint of it. Light and fresh body. Lovely brew.

Bottle, enjoyed three months before bbd. Pours hazy, light yellow, with a finger thick creamy head. Aroma is tart, lactic acid, with fruity passion fruit and tropical, floral notes, as well as hay and berries. Light body, with average to fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart, lactic acid, with fruit peel and berries. Pleasant and drinkable.
