Bottle at home picked up from Waitrose. A clear golden coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is light toffee, big grassy leafy hop, English hop, light veg. Bready. Flavour is composed of semi sweet bready grains, light pepper and salt, grassy hop, salt, cracker pepper. English yeast, mineral, hint of sulphur. Palate is semi sweet. Fine, highish carbonation. Fine.

Bottle from Waitrose, West Byfleet. Sweet floral and syrup aroma - actually reminds me of lager. Pale gold. Foamy translucent white head recedes. Malty sweetness. Light bitter streak. Tangy doughiness. Medium bodied. Slick - somewhat sticky. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Pretty abrupt finish. It's fine but considering it's supposed to be a special beer it should be more than fine. Another IPA - English that makes me thankful for their US brethren.

Bottle big thanks to Steve. It pours clear golden - amber with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, fruity, pear drops, estery, apple, melon, light vanilla, fruit crumble and some toffee. The taste is crisp, dry, apple, pear, candied pear, melon, perfumed, icing sugar, oak, booze, oiliness and tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. A bit estery, but fun anyhow.
