Bottle sample @ Vini Birre Ribelli ’16 shared with 77ship and Tderoeck. Doée, col blanc. Arôme est assez moyen niveau des houblons, retrouve un côté noble avec un rétro marqué d’abricots fermentés. Bouquet malt reste discret avec un nez pils, pâle et cara Munich, effet barrique plus en rétro. Palais est fruité, qcq esters belge niveau levure et un caractère abricot bien marqué qui profite des sucres pour un effet ressenti en bouche niveau de s10% Barrique reste plus en retrait et effervescence est assez faible. Idée de départ ok, mais exécution reste à revoir.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje & tderoeck! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Hazy citrus golden, small white head. Nose is sweat, oily, old lemon hop, stale, sugar, syrup, heavy esters. Taste is oddly sweet, sugary, agave, lightly milky, weak tasting with white sugar, yeast, feels overly stale & empty despite them having used apricots and whiskey. Body is empty, weak, lightly yeast.

Little hazy orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: sweet, malty, lots of overripe banana, honey. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet and fruity start, slightly sourish, sugary, honey, fruity notes. Aftertaste: little bitter, yeast, more fruits, sourish, peaches, apricots.
