From tap at Planet Oedipus 2018. Very oaky aroma with tartish fruits, lots of wood and dried red fruits. Flavour is light sweet and sourish, finish is fairly dry. I did not find the body lacking. Nice Sour Red on oak, I like this.

Biere from Provence Region. 6 miesięcy w beczce z mikroflora bakteryjną zrobiło to niezła robotę.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje & tderoeck! Sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Murky brown with a tanned head. Nose is very promising, big fruity raspberry with sweetish pastry, milk chocolate, low okay sourness. Taste is decent but the whole is far, far too watery, you still get the pastry sweetness, raspberry, low chocolate mocha but the whole is painfully watery, some leaves, its a shame.

26/XI/16 - 33cl bottle @ Vini Birre Ribelli (Brussels) - BB: n/a (2016-1407) Thanks to sebletitje and 77ships for sharing today's beers!

Clear amber beer, solid creamy beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet, caramel, quite some vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, rum raisins. MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: very watery start, bit sourish, some vanilla, fruity touch. Aftertaste: peach, watery, lactic acidity, some tannins.
