4/3/2020. Bottle from Bières Cultes - Rue des Halles, Paris. Pours clear dark golden with a frothy white head. Aroma of light sour fruits and picked gherkin, cucumber, gooseberry, yeast and coriander. Big tart and sour taste, quite a head shaker. Moderate body, average carbonation. Tart finish, herbal, slightly salty edge. I didn’t not like it but wouldn’t want another one.

Bottle sample @ Vini Birre Ribelli ’16 shared with 77ship and Tderoeck. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez finement fruité, qcq effluves minérales avec un léger côté fruité fermenté et rétro un peu aigrelet. Palais est léger malt pils, et froment, je suppose pour le style qui offre une certaine épaisseur de bouche. Caractère minéral est correct avec un fini assez terreux et sec.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje & tderoeck! Sampled bottled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. That name is wonderful. Hazy citrus golden with a few bubbles. Nose is sweet white berries, peach, poor yeasty, mineral, low chlorine. Taste is weird sweet with spoiled peach, sugar poorly chemical, vague choline, white sugar, sweat, overly yeasty, unpleasant yeast. Body is mineral, overly yeasty, yoghurt, milk. Not a success.

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, sweet, pretty sugary, artificial candy flavourings. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty fruity, peach, sourish, citric acidity. Aftertaste: lactic acidity, sweet, sugary, some passion fruit. Not so convincing. But what a name! And what a label! Lovely stuff! :-D

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, salt, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is lemonish and light estery. Sourish, fruity and lemonish. Mouth drying sour. Lingering citrusy fruity far finish.

Säuerlich käsiger Antrunk. Trocken bei leicht steigender Säure, Heunoten. Der Geschmack bleibt weitestgehend erhalten, minimal bitter, deutlich salzig. Süffig. 10/11/11/10/12/11
