Made with only the finest ingredients from the Western Cape. Our hop forward CPA is an outright thirst quencher.
It has a full golden colour, with generous Granadilla aromas accentuated by loads of dry hopping. This easy drinking beer has a light body with a refreshing red berry taste and zesty citrus finish.

340ml bottle bought from St Marcus (South African specialty food and drink shop) online, drunk at home. Light to mid-gold, clear, some oily viscosity is the class, with a ring of white head. Muted aroma with gooseberry, grapefruit and lime. Tastes lovely with gooseberry hop to the fore. Astringency in the latter part fo the sip and the long finish. Medium oily body, heavy carbonation. Surprised by how much I liked this, an old-fashioned, simple, feel-good APA.

340ml bottle. Clear golden amber colour with a small white head. Aroma literally just smells of hay, farmyard, very odd for a pale ale, some citrus but hard to detect. Taste is similarly odd, some funky citrus fruits, orange, again some strange farmyard notes, hard to describe, finish is bitter. Light body, quite thin, watery-oily texture. Not a good pale ale, something may have been off with this bottle.

Bottle from The Savannah, Liverpool Street Station. Pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of light hop, sweet malt, grass and fruit. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, oily texture, average carbonation. Finish is semi-sweet, slightly dry. Ok.

340ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear gold with a small unstable white head. Aroma is dusty hops, malt, a bit of citrus. Taste is light sweet and light bitter, subtle hoppiness, citrus. Not a typical APA.

Golden colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of pale malts. Quite a creamy texture. Very low hop presence.

Tasting from bottle at All Points North tasting Edinburgh. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - bready and light lemon. Taste - bread and butter pudding. A bit sweet. Palate - light bodied but sweet for this style. Overall - so so.
