Bottle sample @ Vini Birre Ribelli ’16 shared with 77ship and Tderoeck.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje & tderoeck! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Darker amber, some bubbles. Nose is oxidized sherry going to Vin Jaune, sugar, autumn leaves, too much oxidation for me. Taste is sugar, oxidized malt, sugar, sherry, sweet bark malt. autumn leaves. Body is oily oxidation, sugar, bit stale. Overall decent but no idea as to why it tastes this oxidized?

Clear amber beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: some tropical fruits, pretty resinous, caramel malts, grains, peaches, pineapple. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet malts, fruity, canned peaches on syrup, pretty gentle bitter touch. Aftertaste: grains, malts, cow fodder, meh.

Bottle. Slight hazy light brown with big fluffy off white head. Lots of strange herbs at first, woody and fresh pine resin. Herbal tea almost. Then a lot of nice aroma hops, very flowery, some pine and grapefruit. Light sweet malts body with a touch of milk chocolate. Pretty weird stuff like not from Bendorf, but not bad at all.
