33cl bottle (7,6%) from Prik & Tik Dranken Marlou. F: medium, tan, quick gone. C: dark red to coppery, hazy. A: malty, a lot of raspberries, bit red berries, sugary. T: full malty base, raspberries, light sour fruity, bit red berries, citrus touch, medium to high carbonation, not bad yet nothing memorable, bit artificial all together, enjoyed.

Slightly off-white head over fully hazy, finely carbonated pink-ochre beer. Raspberries jumping out of the glass. Bit of toastee malts. Dull-fruity flavour, some malts, precious little acidity. Actually overcarbonated (another FFF (°) reminiscence!). Light body, quite slick. (°) Frisse Fruitige Framboosjes re-invented.

23/04/2016 sample glass shared with the BE RB crew @ZBF2016. Amber colouref, small head. Nose is very herbal, no fruits at all. Taste is a bit bittersweet first, than some light sourness, a bit fruits but artificial like, a bit soapy.

Hazy pink-red colour. Aroma is quite sweet. Overall the sweet/sour balance of the raspberry is good and it’s quite well bodied too making it rather easy to drink.

Sampled at Zythos 2016. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear amber( muddy ) Smell is dry, malty, no fruits at all. Taste is sharp, bit bitter-sour, fruity, but not as intense fruity as you’d think. Syrupy. Not bad, but has a lot of simmilarities to a champagne-beer ( is that the base for this, perhaps? ) which is not my thing to start with.

Sample @ Zythos’16, courtesy of and shared with the RB Belgian crew.

Sampled @ ZBF 2016 as “Paternoster Aperitief Framboos”. (Thank you for sharing RB people!) Very hazy amber, little off-white head. Smell is a spoiled chemical affair, herbal, soap. Fizzy body & taste, soap, chemical, spoiled, heavy artificial. I suppose that this is mean to represent raspberry, very unpleasant for me, wouldn’t want this as an aperitif. Going by the ratings, others seem to be okay with this.

Trübes dunkel orange goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Himbeeren, leicht süß. Geschmack süß fruchtig, leicht spritzig, Himbeeren, okay.
