Baltika Munich is easy unfiltered wheat beer, which embodied the tradition of the Bavarian brewing. Baltika Breweries studied hundreds recipes of German Weiss Beer and selected the best of them. This recipe was the basis for new products. Wheat has always been used in brewing, but production of high-quality wheat beer has its own characteristics, and therefore requires from brewers the great skill and experience. Thick dense foam, pleasant, refreshing taste - characteristic features of the Baltika Munich. In its aftertaste audible notes banana, pear and cloves. Baltika Munich will give a new facets taste of juicy meat dishes. Packing of Baltika Munich has classical German-style: inScription Munich Gothic type on the background of all shades of gold, wheat and amber - all this even before the first drink creates the feeling of the typical taste of the German Weiss beer.

0.5l bottle in moscow. pours a hazy orange with a frothy white head and some lacing. aroma of banana, cloves, plastic. flavour of banana, bubblegum, citrus, pears. strong carbonation. a bit rough, astringent finish. drinkable, but nothing special.

Bottle from Roberto cheers mate; clear golden yellow pour with a thin white head, aroma has some clove and citrus, taste has clove, citrus, soft malts.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a cloudy orange colour, big creamy white head but it collapses fairly quickly. Aroma isn’t as strong as most wheat beers, spices/herbs and citrus and wheat notes. Same can be said for the flavour.

Bottle from an east european grocers in Horfield, Bristol. Hazy, deep gold with a decent, tight, white, head. Bubble gum, clove and yeasty grain aroma. Flavour was sweet, with white bread malts, banana and a hint of citrus, before a gentle finish. An enjoyable wheat beer on a warm evening.

Bottle from Rasputin’s Food and wine, Ipswich. Pours a pale gold colour with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, of wheat, mildly hoppy, with citrus notes. Fairly heavy on sweetness, with a light bitterness and sourness. Body is light, texture a fairly thin but a little sticky. Carbonation quite lively, with a somewhat astringent finish. Quite decent.

500ml bottle from a local grocery store in Moscow. Pours cloudy yellow with a massive white head that has good retention. Pretty lacing on the glass. Banana and clove aroma. Taste of sweet banana. Sometimes Baltika makes nice beer.

Bottle shared at kerenmk’s place. Cloudy orange with a big white head. Aroma of spicy phenols, some banana, a citric note and a bready note. Sweetish fruity flavor with a spicy note and a light tart touch in the finish. Medium-bodied. Pleasant.
