Bottle shared at a tasting at troubles’s place. Clear golden. Grainy aroma with some DMS and a bit of hay. Sweetish and grainy flavor with corn and a slightly bitterish finish. Light-bodied. Drinkable. Could be worse.

Bottle, bought in Moscow on the day that Russia banned imports of Ukrainian beer. Nothing premium about this beer except the name. I won’t miss this.

Head: white, medium, frothy, avg. retention. Colour: yellow, clear.

Aroma: skunky, sweaty. stale and sourish. Taste: harsh ammonia-bitter-acidic with a sweet note. Thin body. Bitter and astringent finish.

This all from a relatively fresh bottle (less than a month) from a bar fridge. Avoid.

Pale lager, typical. Not much else to say, bland and tasteless, no aroma. Watery mouthfeel, American macro brew style.

Canned 500ml. -from random gas station somewhere in Ukraine. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, dryish nose. Moderate malty, herbal and slight hoppy with touch of alcohol in rather bitter finish. Drinkable and ok.

My bottle says yephiribcbke gold premium so I am not sure if this is the right place. It has a sticker label stuck over the original label on the back. From a big 17 oz bottle this looks like pale lager with a decent head. First taste is a baltic for a lager of course. After a few slugs things start to get easier. I do think the alky is a bit higher than the 4.5% listed here. Surprizingly little if any skunk smell, just plain clean lager. Yes, getting easier, not as bad as most baltic pale lagers. Yes, not bad I’m thinking to myself.

Thanks to Gaute for providing a 500ml bottle. Shared with Finn at a local drinking session. Close to clear, yellow-gold body. Frothy, white head mostly disappearing. Grass mixed with pale malts to the nose. Cornish sweet, some grain and some fruity hints. Watered in the mouth. Clean tasting. Possible to drink (Tromsø, 20.09.2012).

Pale gold colour, without much head. Taste is a mix of pears and plastic. The aroma is more plastic than anything else. Lots of problems with this beer, though I expect that all the flaws were part of the plan.
