Can from Fresh fields Market, Croydon. It pours clear yellow - gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, grapefruit, lemon curd, grapefruit, lemongrass, biscuit and white bread. The taste is crisp, clean, restrained bitterness, grapefruit, lemon curd, lemongrass, light herbal accents, cracker, biscuit and straw with a firmly dry finish. Lighter end of medium body with moderate, pillowy carbonation. Quite laid-back and drinkable. Decent.
