Bottle@Railway, Streatham, London - golden clear pour with good white head and lacing. Fruity and light malty aroma and taste, some zesty citric lemony notes with straw grassy hoppy notes, some nice fruity and yuzu spice action, dry fruity finish. Nice. ---Sent via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 330ml (AIH53, ABM)
Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma has citrus and dill. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, Yuzu in the front, then fruityness and evident Sorachi Ace dill. Long lingering citrus aftertaste. Yuzu is quite clearly traceable here.

Bottled@AIH53 (from AbM). Yellow colour, mediumsized white head, which leasves some lace. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild herbs, dill and mild grass. Flavour is quite similar, but also has some earthy and mild dusty notes to it.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, white head. Rabbit piss aroma, spicy notes of hay - fresh hay including flowers and herbs, hints of coconut. The yuzu works better in taste, bitter notes of coconut, some lemon and lemongrass, spicy notes of hay. Undeniable Asian character; I remember beers with better, more refreshing usage of yuzu (e.g. Westbrook Gozu).

(Cask at Old Fountain, Old Street, London, 23 Apr 2015) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, mandarin and yuzu. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus, mandarin, citrus peel and a balanced citric bitterness in a fairly sweet finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with a generous citrus character. Nice one.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 02/04/15. Light golden with a moderate amount of off white edgeing. Nose is yuzu, straw, light spice, orange, bread dough, melon. Taste carries yuzu licks, bitter orange, tangerine, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, grassy bitterness in the close. Ok.
