Draft at Craft 100 April 2015 - London. Pours clear yellow with a bubbly white head. Muted aroma with faint notes of lemon zest and pale bread. Light sweet flavor with hints of bitter hay, dry pale malts, grass, vague citrus. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Bitter finish with slight sweetness from baked pale malts, some grass and straw. Not much yuzu character. OK.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours very pale gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, sweet citrus, lemon sherbets, yuzu and grain. The taste is bitter-sweet, juicy, lemon sherbet, yuzu, straw, grassy, pepper and a touch of soap. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. No real depth of flavor unfortunately. Decent enough.

Craft #100 fest at Clapham. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, untidy white head, a halo. Palate is light and semi dry and mildly crisp. A light floral sweetness over thin pale malts. Mild citric peel bitterness. The yuzu is light and a little pithy. Modest lime and tangerine. Whisper of sulphur, Crisp finish. Tasty enough.
