Captain's Log: There she is, floating in the air. Her name is Ruby, the supreme geisha of Uarr Space Station. From the Yakuzanta headquarters she oversees that Yarr runs smootly. It's also here that she runs her tea room, The Cherry Orchard. I only met her once but she has been in my mind ever since. My heart sends out distress signals to Cupid, she's all I want for Christmas.

T42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Danny. Clear deep red beer, tidy dark pink head. Palate is airy and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. An odd floral cherry, richly fruity but also slightly perfumey. Darker cherry and then a mildly sour cherry. Light finish. Odd but tasty.

Bottle shared in London - huge thanks to Daniel. Pours clear and bloody with a frothy, pink head. The nose has old wood, grapes, ripe and tangy berries. Light sweet flavor with moderate acetic burn, rich cherries, pits. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tart finish, more ripe and juicy cherries. Great stuff.

Bottle thanks to Dirty D. It pours deep red with a small bright pink head. The aroma is fresh, bright, sour, candied cherry, almond, Bakewell tart and candy. The taste is crisp, tart, juicy, sour, cherry, candied fruits, lemon sherbet, sour green apple and good mouth - pucker with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Pretty good shit.
