375 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. 2015 Vintage. Hazy citrus golden, little off-white head. Nose is mellow milky, lactic, zest, mineral, easy, yeast dominates a bit. Taste is strange milky cornflakes, overly yeasty, strange, soggy cornflakes forward, some white sugar, lacks complexity, muddled yeast, not overly exiting, low grapes. Body is milky, yeast, cornflakes. Not very exciting, definitely expected more from this one, too muddled, largely yeasty. Not too exciting.

Pours unclear amber. Small white head . Smell is bit bitter, somewhat aromatic. Taste is bitter, Sharp, even a remote sourness to it. Ok

Tap at Brassin Public® 2016. Lightly hazy brown. More sour, more juice, better balance. Super balanced and drinkable. Light, tart. Great juice.
