Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Strong barrel manifestation with boozy whiskey, oak, caramel, dried fruits, figs, raisins. Flavour is medium sweet with a sharp boozy sting. Body is medium. Heavy on the barrel with whiskey, fruits, and more sharp flavours than I care for.

Bottle shared at home. Deep mahogany with small but lasting beige head. Soft smoke, caramel, raisins, booze, marzipan, toffee, dry spices, old dry wood, dark chocolate, vanilla, red wine, dried figs, dust, earthy dry tannins. Solid medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied with a bit slick and dry feel.

Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma of delicious fruity whisky, caramel, vanilla, raisin, red grape, oak, caramelised malt and dates. Taste has smooth caramel fudge, rich fruity scotch, vanilla, cherry, oaky vanilla, dry-ish red grape, caramelised malt, raisin, dates and a long boozy scotch forward finish. This is a fantastic flavorburst of beer and scotch.
Licht boozy, maar fijne schakeringen.

Bottle. Color: Dark copper, thin beige head. Aroma: Dark druid fruit, sweetish, boozy. Taste: Malty, over moderate sweet, notes of figs, dark dried fruit, fudge, pretty strong marzipan, almond, oak wood. Boozy Whiskey and some sweetish Sherry. Moderate bitterness. Herbal hints. Bitter palate at dry finish. Very nice complexity. Another great one in the Bronckhorster BA Series.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Oak, figs, dried fruit, toffee in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with toffee, figs, soft herbal notes, amandelspijs, oak and whisky. This is nice, the barrel aging really adds up.
