Pale blond with a peachy hue. Aroma and flavour have a little tart and bitter forest fruit. Tangy lime juice finish.

5 October 2019. At Amabieris Tasting. Cheers to Ama Deke & Ghent beer crew! Clear yellow with a quickly dissipating, frothy, white head. Aroma of lemon, gooseberry, soap, wet cloth, lactic acid. Taste is medium fruity sour, quite some lemon & lactic acid, funky touch, tart unripe berries berries & yeast. Dry, tart, lemony & lactic finish, not much more. Medium body, slick-watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Rather weak in its execution.

5/X/19 - 33cl bottle from the brewer @ Amabieris tasting (Gentse Biervereniging), BB: 1/VI/21 - (2019-1715) Thanks to Ama Deke for the beer selection!
Slightly cloudy blond to light orange beer, with a pink shine to it. No head. Aroma: fruity, bit of a sweet impression, some honey, floral notes. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very acidic, bitter, dry, some tannins, slightly fruity, metallic touch. Aftertaste: little bitter, super acidic, soft fruitiness, more bitterness, lemon juice, a little too bitter to my liking, for a sour fruit beer.
