500 ml. bottle sampled @ “Epic beer Tasting 2016”. Dark red. Nose is sweetness, glue, sweet metallic, sourness is obscured by slightly jam like sweetness. taste is dull sweet metallic, odd sweetish glue, candy, obscuring mild sourness, jam,… strange messy. Not a real success for the style. Could have definitely used more clear sourness & way less sweetness.

Bottle, 5.2% abv, bb 14.06.2016 (shared by philduk, thanks). Pours dark copper-brown. Aroma is sweet, somewhat sour, caramel, malt, fruits. Flavor is sweet and bitter, some sour notes, malt, caramel, some, fruits. Finish is dry bitter-sweet with some sourness. Overall: drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a hazy red amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak sour aroma. Fruity malty weak sour caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty weak sour caramel finish.

Sehr mild säuerlicher Antrunk. Leichtes Getreide, mild hopfig, deutlich würzig. Hopfiger werdend, helles Malz. Süffig, gut! 10/9/10/9/9/9

Bottle. Dirty red-brownish colour, hazy, with minimal head. Aroma is floral, resin, caramel, lemon juice. Medium bitterness, medium sourness. Not overhopped, not too wild - quite ok.

Trübes orangebraunes Bier mit einer fingerbreiten beigen Schaumkrone. Der Geruch ist fruchtig hopfig, leicht säuerlich, rote Beeren. Der Geschmack ist fruchtig hopfig, rote Früchte, kaum säuerlich, ok!

Butelka 0.5l (30.10.2015). Barwa miedziana, czerwona pod światło. Piana koloru ecru, obfita ale niezbyt trwała ładnie unosi się na powierzchni piwa w postaci kilkumilimetrowej warstwy. Lacing bardzo subtelny. . Aromat delikatny, owocowy słodko-kwaskowy. Lekkie i kwaśne to wrażenie po pierwszych łykach, bardzo pijalne i zdecydowanie orzeźwiające a całkiem konkretne wysycenie fajnie gasi pragnienie i nadaje piwu pełnię. Kwaśność bardzo fajnie zbalansowana ze słodyczą przez co piwo nie jest męczące, ani słodkie, ani przesadnie kwaśne idealne na upalny dzień a ostatnimi czasy tych nie brakuje.
